Fiadhaich Anam operates as part of Mind Tamers, a business owned by Margaret Sinclair, sole trader, registered in the UK.

Services Covered

These terms apply to:

Online courses, group programmes, and workshops (live and pre-recorded).

1:1 therapy, coaching, and mentoring sessions.

In-person workshops and retreats.

Digital downloads and other online resources.

Event tickets purchased via the Fiadhaich Anam or Mind Tamers website or Eventbrite.

Payments

All payments are processed securely through third-party providers (e.g. Stripe, PayPal, Eventbrite). Mind Tamers does not store payment card details.

Refunds & Cancellations

In line with UK consumer law, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period for digital purchases that have not yet been accessed.

Once a course, programme, or service has started, no refunds are available.

Cancellations must be made 3 days before to allow Margaret time to fill the spot. This does not affect your consumer rights.

For live workshops and events: If Mind Tamers needs to cancel, you will be offered a rescheduled date or a full refund.

If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, you may request a refund.

All reasonable efforts will be made to provide notice of cancellations or changes.

Intellectual Property

All course materials, recordings, downloads, and resources are the intellectual property of Mind Tamers.

They are provided for your personal use only and may not be copied, shared, or distributed without permission.

2. Privacy Policy & GDPR

Mind Tamers is committed to protecting your personal data.

Information Collected

Name, email, phone number.

Relevant health details (for safe and appropriate delivery of therapy/coaching services).

Payment details (processed securely by Stripe/PayPal/Eventbrite - not stored by Mind Tamers).

To send marketing emails only if you have opted in.

To comply with legal obligations.

We may use trusted third-party services such as: Go High Level, Eventbrite, Stripe, PayPal, Zoom, Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
